Job summary

Mountain America Credit Union is seeking a bilingual Member Service & Sales Representative (Teller) at our Henderson, NV branch. This part-time role offers a flexible schedule: Monday–Friday 8:40am–6:15pm with rotating Saturdays.

You will provide exceptional member service, open and service accounts, and cross-sell MACU products to meet member needs. Starting pay is $17.50 per hour, plus incentives, with an extra $1.00 per hour for Spanish support.

Qualifications

• At least six months of customer service experience.
• High school diploma or equivalent.
• A valid driver’s license is required.

Responsibilities

• Provide exceptional member service by assessing needs and advising on products.
• Assist in opening new accounts and servicing existing accounts.
• Cross-sell MACU products and services to meet member goals.
• Maintain branch operations and cash handling; follow policies.
• Meet sales and service goals and document interactions clearly.
