Job summary

Mountain America Credit Union is seeking a Bilingual Member Service & Sales (Teller) for the St George Sunset Branch. The role operates Monday–Friday with some Saturday shifts, starting at $17.50 per hour plus incentives and benefits.

You will provide exceptional member service, process transactions, open and service accounts, and promote MACU products while maintaining accuracy and compliance.

Qualifications

• At least six months of customer service experience.
• High school diploma or equivalent.
• A valid driver’s license is required.
• Proficient computer operating skills and knowledge of Microsoft OfficeSuite.

Responsibilities

• Provide exceptional member service at the teller window, handling transactions accurately.
• Open new accounts and service existing ones, explaining products and services.
• Cross-sell credit union products to meet member needs.
• Maintain accurate cash drawer and follow branch procedures.
