Job summary

Mountain America Credit Union is seeking a part-time Member Service & Sales (Teller) at our West Jordan branch. You will greet members, open or service accounts, and process transactions while focusing on service quality and cross-selling MACU products.

The role supports branch operations with accuracy and security. Preferred bilingual English/Spanish proficiency helps assist diverse members; flexibility to work 20–25 hours per week and varied shifts is required.

Qualifications

• At least six months of customer service experience.
• High school diploma or equivalent.
• A valid driver’s license.

Responsibilities

• Provide exceptional member service by assessing needs and advising on products and services.
• Handle branch operations such as opening accounts, processing transactions, and access to MACU tools.
• Cross-sell products to meet member goals and ensure satisfaction.
• Maintain accuracy and security in cash handling and daily procedures.
