Job summary

Mountain America Credit Union is hiring at the Cedar City Main Street Branch for a full-time position. You will deliver exceptional member service, open and service accounts, and explain MACU products to help members reach their financial goals.

The role includes cash handling, branch operations, and opportunities for incentives, with benefits such as medical and dental coverage, PTO, 401K, tuition assistance, and professional development. Bilingual English/Spanish may add $1/hr.

Qualifications

• Six months of customer service experience.
• High school diploma or equivalent required.
• Valid driver’s license and ability to complete onboarding within 90 days.

Responsibilities

• Provide exceptional member service by assessing needs and advising on banking products and services.
• Process branch transactions and maintain security and accuracy of cash handling.
• Cross-sell MACU products and respond to member inquiries with a consultative approach.
