Qualifications

• Bilingual English/Spanish required.
• Outgoing, sales-focused personality.
• Available to work weekends with a rotating schedule.
• Willing to work outdoors year-round.
• Regular, reliable attendance.
• Ability to lift up to 25 pounds.
• Basic computer skills and ability to operate office equipment.

Responsibilities

• Welcome members with a warm greeting and provide quality member service.
• Seamlessly process all transactions while following policies and protecting members' information.
• Work as a team or independently, exceeding daily goals in lending and servicing activities.
• Educate potential members about Oportun’s services through outreach at stores, partner locations, and community events.
• Build relationships with local businesses and community members to raise awareness of Oportun’s offerings.
• Light housekeeping and daily store maintenance.
• Assist with applications using iPads and other devices.
• Travel between designated work locations within a reasonable commute.
