• Bilingual English/Spanish required.

• Must be outgoing and sales-focused, with strong people skills.

Responsibilities

• Welcome members with a warm greeting and provide quality member service.
• Process transactions accurately while protecting member information.
• Engage in outreach activities at stores and community events to educate about Oportun’s services.
• Assist with applications and guide members through the process.
• Light housekeeping and store upkeep; travel between locations as needed.
