Oportun is seeking a full-time Member Loyalty Representative to deliver exceptional service in-store and at community events. You will engage with members, process transactions, and educate audiences about affordable financial services that help build a better future.

The role requires bilingual English/Spanish communication, weekend availability, and the ability to travel for outreach activities. A customer-focused, energetic approach is essential.

Qualifications

• Must be bilingual (English/Spanish).
• Must be available to work weekends and flexible with a rotating schedule set every two weeks.
• Must have regular, reliable attendance to support store operations.
• Must be willing and able to work outdoors year-round to promote products and services.

Responsibilities

• Welcome members with a warm greeting and provide quality member service.
• Seamlessly process all transactions, following policies and protecting member information.
• Work as part of a team or independently to meet daily lending and servicing goals.
• Educate potential members about Oportun's services through outreach at stores, partner locations, and community events.
• Engage with local businesses and communities to drive awareness and applications.
• Assist with applications and start-up activities using iPads or QR codes.
