Job summary

Oportun is hiring for Full-Time Member Loyalty Representatives to welcome members, process transactions, and educate customers about our affordable financial services. You will engage in outreach, build relationships in communities, and work both independently and with teammates to meet lending and servicing goals.

You must be bilingual (English/Spanish), available weekends, and capable of outdoor outreach.

Qualifications

• Must be bilingual (English/Spanish).
• Must be available to work weekends and have a rotating schedule.
• Regular, reliable attendance to support store operations.

Responsibilities

• Welcome members with a warm greeting and provide quality member service.
• Process transactions according to policies and protect member information.
• Work independently or with a team to exceed daily lending and servicing goals.
• Educate potential members about Oportun’s services during outreach at locations and events.
• Light housekeeping to keep the store inviting and presentable.
• Use a computer for admin tasks 3–6 hours per day.
• Stand while assisting; sit during non-member tasks.
• Occasionally unpack and store supplies.
• Travel between designated work locations within a reasonable commuting distance.
• Be a role model for Oportun’s Core Values.
