Job summary

Oportun is seeking a Bilingual English and Spanish Member Loyalty Representative to deliver exceptional member service in a full-time role. You will greet members, process transactions, protect information, and support lending and servicing goals in a fast-paced store environment.

The position requires weekend availability, regular attendance, and comfort with outdoor outreach activities at stores and partner sites. Training and growth opportunities are provided.

Qualifications

• Must be bilingual (English/Spanish).
• Experience in customer service, cashier, sales or hospitality.
• Available to work weekends with a rotating schedule.
• Regular, reliable attendance to support store operations.
• Ability to lift and move objects up to 25 pounds and use basic office equipment.

Responsibilities

• Welcome members with a warm greeting and provide quality member service.
• Seamlessly process all transactions and protect member information.
• Work in team or independently, exceeding daily lending and servicing goals.
• Engage in outreach activities 50%+ of the time at stores and events to educate about services.
• Maintain store cleanliness and assist with administrative tasks as needed.
