Job summary

Oportun is seeking a full-time Member Loyalty Representative to greet members, process transactions, and educate communities about our inclusive financial services in Northlake and surrounding areas.

You'll spend over half your time on outreach, building relationships with local businesses and participating in community events, while also handling in-store transactions and ensuring secure handling of member data. Weekend availability is required.

Qualifications

• Must be bilingual (English/Spanish).
• Outgoing, sales-focused with strong customer-service mindset.
• Available to work weekends and flexible shifts.
• Willing to travel between store locations within reasonable commuting distance.
• Comfortable using iPads, scanners, and standard office equipment.

Responsibilities

• Welcome members with warm greeting and provide quality service.
• Process transactions accurately while protecting member information.
• Work independently or with team to meet daily lending and servicing goals.
• Engage in outreach activities at stores, partner locations, and community events to educate members about Oportun’s services.
• Light housekeeping to keep the store inviting and presentable.
• Use computers for administrative tasks and servicing members.
