The position offers remote options and a Wednesday shift from 12-8 pm, with a 40-hour workweek. The ideal candidate will have an associate degree or equivalent, 1+ year in healthcare customer service, and proficiency with Microsoft Office and CRM systems.

Qualifications

• Associates degree or equivalent education/experience.
• 1+ years in customer service or call center, healthcare preferred.
• Bilingual in English and Spanish, Portuguese, Vietnamese, Chinese, Russian encouraged.
• Strong written and verbal communication; active listening.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office, data entry, and CRM/database systems.
• Excellent organizational skills and attention to detail.
• Ability to handle high volume outreach and manage priorities.

Responsibilities

• Manage a caseload of pending Social Security applications daily.
• Act as liaison between members and government agencies via calls and letters.
• Follow up with agencies for status updates and advocate for timely decisions.
• Prioritize tasks using reports to meet performance benchmarks.
• Escalate aging or complex cases and suggest solutions.
• Educate and counsel members about the Social Security process.
