Educational Systems FCU is seeking a motivated Member Experience Coordinator in Maryland to deliver outstanding member service, explain credit union services, and confidently cross-sell products that meet members' needs.

The role combines teller duties with member services, requiring a friendly, proactive professional who can multitask, adapt to extended hours, weekends, and lift up to 25 pounds while maintaining confidentiality.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or GED; associate degree preferred.
• Two years of customer service experience required.
• Must read and speak Spanish fluently.
• One year of financial services experience preferred.
• Ability to multitask and meet sales goals.
• Excellent interpersonal, verbal, and written communication skills.
• Ability to handle confidential information and perform routine mathematical calculations.
• Ability to work in a financial institution branch environment and use standard office equipment.

Responsabilités

• Provide information on all Credit Union services and cross-sell products to meet members' needs.
• Direct branch traffic to support the Branch Manager and maintain a member-focused sales/service culture.
• Deliver exceptional member service, understand financial needs, and offer suitable solutions.
• Act as the face of the Credit Union and foster strong member relationships while ensuring positive experiences.
