Job summary

YWCA El Paso del Norte Region is seeking a Client Relations Associate to serve as the primary contact for members, visitors, and prospects, delivering outstanding service at the front desk and supporting membership growth.

You will conduct tours, handle inquiries, and assist with program enrollment while maintaining accurate administrative processes and customer relations. Proficiency in English and Spanish is required to engage a diverse community, with responsibilities across FT and PT shifts.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent required; college coursework preferred.
• Minimum one year of customer service experience; sales or call center experience preferred.
• Ability to follow structured call handling and sales procedures.
• Bilingual English/Spanish required.

Responsibilities

• Serve as primary contact for members, participants, prospects, and visitors.
• Deliver exceptional customer service while managing front desk operations.
• Support membership sales and program enrollment goals.
