Job summary

Achieva Credit Union in Tampa Bay is seeking a Member Service Advisor I to deliver high-quality service, learn member needs, and promote Credit Union products across channels. You’ll work in a call center setting with weekend and holiday hours as required.

The role emphasizes cross-selling, compliance, and excellent communication as you support members with online banking, mobile payments, and account maintenance.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent.
• 1-2 years’ experience in financial services and call center.
• Bilingual in Spanish preferred.
• Strong communication and problem-solving abilities.

Responsibilities

• Provide one-call resolution through prompt, friendly and accurate service.
• Promote Credit Union products and services to members.
• Interact with members via phone, chat, email, and live chat in a call center environment.
• Maintain member confidentiality and uphold department standards.
• Resolve product or service issues and ensure timely resolution.
• Process fraud/dispute processes for debit/credit card transactions.
• Provide 1st tier technical support for Achieva’s electronic services.
• Travel may be required; work flexible hours including evenings, weekends or holidays.
