Oak Street Health in Phoenix, AZ is hiring a full-time Medical Scribe (Bilingual Spanish Required) to support primary care providers with real-time clinical documentation. The role emphasizes accurate coding, meticulous note-taking, and collaboration with the care team in a fast-paced clinic environment.

The ideal candidate will have strong listening and communication skills, fluency in Spanish, and the ability to learn new clinical workflows.

Qualifications

• Knowledge of medical terminology and common medications [required]
• Prior clinical experience, including shadowing and/or volunteering [preferred]
• Prior scribe or transcription experience [preferred but not required]

Responsabilités

• Documenting patient encounters in real time in a structured note with history, assessment, plan, and exams
• Assigning CPT and ICD-10 codes and preparing After Visit Summaries
• Supporting clinical documentation improvement and reviewing medical records
• Providing administrative support to the provider and care team
