Qualifications

• Clinical scribe experience or transcription background preferred.
• Experience working in a healthcare setting is advantageous.

Responsibilities

• Document patient encounters in real time in the exam room and record structured notes.
• Prepare After Visit Summaries and ensure accurate documentation with providers.
• Assign CPT and ICD-10 codes and support coding accuracy.
• Collaborate with providers to identify documentation gaps and improvements.
• Provide administrative support to the care team as needed.
