Job summary

Suvida Healthcare LLC in Dallas, TX seeks a Clinical Informatics Specialist to join the Care Team. The role focuses on accuracy and efficiency of medical documentation during patient encounters, enabling clinicians to devote more time to patient care.

You will scribe and record histories, exams, tests, and treatment plans into EHRs, manage data entry and coding, review charts, and coordinate with providers while upholding HIPAA and confidentiality.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in healthcare or related field.
• Minimum of 2 years of clinical experience.
• Experience with medical terminology, anatomy, and physiology is a plus.
• Proficiency with electronic health record (EHR) systems.
• Bilingual in English and Spanish.

Responsibilities

• Document patient encounters in real time.
• Manage and input data into EHR systems while ensuring accuracy.
• Review and organize patient charts for completeness.
• Enter ICD-10 and CPT codes for services.
• Liaise with providers and team members to share information.
• Assist with morning huddle preparation.
• Support quality metrics and population health efforts.
• Maintain patient confidentiality per HIPAA.
