Qualifications

• Medical Assistant Certificate from an approved Medical Assistant program as required by the State of California.
• CPR certified.
• Bilingual skills in English-Spanish required.
• Possession of a valid CA driver’s license.

Responsibilities

• Process patient referrals and facilitate related patient follow-up.
• Interface with patients, medical staff, nursing staff, patient accounts referring/consulting agencies and support services to resolve issues in the referral system.
