Job summary

Two Trees Physical Therapy & Wellness, a member of Therapy Partners Group, seeks a full-time Medical Receptionist to cover our Ventura clinics at Main Street & Loma Vista Rd. You will greet patients, schedule evaluations, and handle front desk duties with professionalism.

Requirements include a High School diploma, strong MS Office skills, familiarity with Raintree PMS, and bilingual English/Spanish communication. HIPAA awareness is essential.

Qualifications

• High School diploma or equivalent required.
• Front office experience in a physical therapy setting preferred.
• Bilingual in English and Spanish preferred.

Responsibilities

• Greet patients warmly and maintain a friendly front desk atmosphere.
• Answer phones, schedule appointments, and manage messages with high professionalism.
• Verify insurance and coordinate patient check-in/out.
• Ensure HIPAA compliance and accurate documentation.
• Escalate issues to clinical leadership when needed.
