Qualifications

Responsibilities

• Greet and welcome patients with professionalism and warmth.
• Schedule appointments and manage patient inquiries in person and by phone.
• Collect and verify patient information, insurance details, and documents accurately.
• Maintain front office areas neat, organized, and contribute to a positive clinic culture.
• Coordinate with clinical staff to ensure a seamless patient experience.
• Assist with front office tasks during downtime (phone, scans, payments, filing).
