Siloam Health is seeking a friendly Medical Receptionist to be the first point of contact for patients in Nashville. You will manage check-ins, verify appointments, and assist with registration while maintaining a strong patient focus.

Responsibilities include updating the EHR, handling payments, and coordinating with clinicians and staff. The role requires HIPAA awareness, English proficiency, and at least two years of front desk experience in a medical setting.

Formación

• High school diploma or GED preferred.
• Two years front desk experience in a medical office preferred.
• English proficiency, spoken and written, is required.

Responsabilidades

• Greet and direct patients in a warm, professional manner.
• Check in patients, verify appointment details, and update information in the EHR.
• Assist in new patient registration with demographic and insurance data.
• Schedule patient appointments and manage the check-out process, including payments.
• Maintain PHI privacy and HIPAA compliance in all duties.
