Job summary

Ascension in Nashville, TN, seeks a Full-time Front Desk Associate at Holy Family Health Center to warmly welcome visitors and guide them through check-in/out with accurate records. You will manage schedules, confirm appointments, handle medical record requests, and assist with insurance authorizations and co-pay inquiries with empathy.

Minimum requirements: High School diploma equivalency or 1 year of related experience; Spanish/English bilingual preferred.

Responsibilities

Provide warm, professional welcome for every visitor and guide through check-in/out.

Verify insurance authorizations and precertifications; assist with co-pay and billing questions empathetically.
Submit daily service charges, reconcile deposits, and maintain organized, welcoming office.
