Job summary

ARCHPOINT PAIN PLLC in the Houston area is hiring a friendly bilingual Medical Receptionist (English/Spanish) for a full-time, on-site role. You will greet patients, handle check-in/check-out, collect copays, schedule appointments, and maintain accurate records in a fast-paced interventional pain management clinic.

The ideal candidate has prior medical receptionist experience, strong communication, multitasking, and familiarity with EMR/EHR systems (Athena a plus).

Qualifications

• Bilingual in English and Spanish is required.
• Experience as a medical receptionist or healthcare administrative role preferred.
• Experience with Athena EMR/EHR is a plus.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills are essential.
• Ability to handle multiple tasks efficiently and accurately.

Responsibilities

• Greet patients warmly and professionally upon arrival
• Collect copays, deductibles, co-insurance amounts, and balance daily batches
• Manage patient check-in and check-out processes efficiently
• Schedule appointments and coordinate patient flow
• Maintain accurate and organized patient records
• Assist with administrative tasks as needed to support clinic operations
