Qualifications

• Bilingual in Vietnamese and English required for front desk communication.

Responsibilities

• Welcome patients and visitors in a warm, professional manner.
• Schedule and confirm patient appointments and consultations.
• Maintain patient accounts and update personal and financial information.
• Ensure smooth patient flow and communicate delays to staff.
• Protect patient confidentiality per HIPAA regulations.
• Handle billing and insurance paperwork as needed.
• Collaborate with medical and support staff for a seamless visit.
• Manage medical records and correspondence.
