You will be the welcoming face at the front desk, guiding patients through check-in, assisting with virtual tablets, and coordinating with the office team to ensure a smooth patient experience.

The ideal candidate has at least 1 year in customer service, strong verbal communication, and comfort with computers.

Qualifications

• Experience: At least 1 year in a customer service role. Preferred previous experience in a medical office setting.

• Skills: Strong verbal communication abilities.

Responsibilities
