Epic Health is seeking a Practice Manager to lead day-to-day operations of our Chicago primary care clinic. The role focuses on streamlined workflows, exceptional patient care, and staff performance, with a strong emphasis on bilingual English and Assyrian/Arabic communication.

Responsibilities include recruiting and developing talent, managing schedules, ensuring regulatory compliance, and driving financial performance.

Qualifications

• At least 3 years of operational management experience, preferably in a healthcare setting.
• Proven ability to lead and inspire high-performing teams.
• Strong skills in conflict resolution, strategic planning, and problem-solving.
• Bilingual in English & Assyrian/Arabic (required).
• Proficiency in EHR systems and tools such as Microsoft Suite and Phreesia.

Responsibilities

• Oversee daily clinic operations, ensuring efficient workflows and timely patient care.
• Manage staff schedules and clinic attendance to ensure optimal coverage.
• Recruit, train, and retain top clinical and administrative talent.
• Conduct performance reviews, identify growth opportunities, and implement development plans.
• Foster a culture of collaboration, continuous improvement, and excellence.
• Address patient concerns with respect, urgency, and a focus on delivering an excellent experience.
• Oversee clinic financial operations, including intake, banking, and cost control.
• Drive capacity planning and growth initiatives; build relationships with vendors and partners.
• Ensure compliance with healthcare laws, regulations, and safety protocols.
