Job summary

Team1Medical in Houston, TX is seeking a Bilingual Medical Receptionist (Vietnamese) to register patients, schedule procedures and follow-ups, and verify insurance eligibility. The role is a temp-to-hire position with a pay rate of $15–$18 per hour.

The candidate will handle scheduling, patient information, and pre-procedure instructions, using eClinicalWorks for documentation and filing. A High School Diploma or GED and bilingual English/Vietnamese abilities are required.

Qualifications

• 1 year or more of Medical Receptionist experience within a clinic/physician office setting or have appointment scheduling experience within eClinicalWorks.
• Must be bilingual in English and Vietnamese.
• Must have completed High School Diploma or GED.

One of the premier Cardiology clinics is seeking a Bilingual Medical Receptionist to register patients, schedule procedures/follow up appointments, verify insurance eligibility and obtain authorizations.

Responsibilities

• Schedule and/or reschedule patient follow-ups and procedures.
• Verify all authorizations have been obtained prior to scheduling procedures.
• Inform and provide patient with necessary information and instructions prior to procedure date.
• Scan and file into patient docs on eClinicalWorks.
