Qualifications

• Fluent reading/writing/speaking in English and Spanish.
• One year of experience as Medical Program Specialist 1 or equivalent.

Responsibilities

• Conduct outreach with community healthcare providers in English and/or Spanish.
• Provide bilingual customer service to injured workers, providers and health care organizations.
• Collaborate with care teams to develop procedures and care pathways to reduce treatment barriers.
• Assist internal programs to provide bilingual support to providers.
• Assess claim-specific issues and recommend actions to ensure high-quality care.
• Create and implement policies related to quality improvement, treatment, and cost containment.
• Other duties as assigned.
