Responsibilities

• Provide staff-assisted customer services, including in-depth interviews and registrations.
• Interview customers to assess needs, barriers, and goals and develop service plans.
• Explain agency services and refer to appropriate resources in-person, virtually, and by phone.
• Meet one-on-one with customers to discuss job search strategies and resume support.
• Respond to inquiries and route to proper teams; manage email and in-person interactions.
• Assist customers with unemployment benefits information and related UI concerns.
• Monitor program performance and disseminate reports as required by supervisors.
• Collaborate with partners on enrollments, guidelines, and eligibility.
