Qualifications

• Strong customer service and technical skills are essential.
• In-person attendance in Kennewick, WA is required.

Responsibilities

• Provide staff-assisted customer services, including interviews and registrations.
• Use tests to identify goals and develop service plans.
• Explain agency services in person, virtually, or by phone and refer to resources.
• Meet one-on-one with customers to discuss job search strategies and resumes.
• Answer calls, respond to emails, and guide inquiries to the right team.
• Assist customers with workforce resources, resumes, and interview skills training.
• Provide unemployment benefits information and route issues appropriately.
• Monitor performance data and prepare/disseminate reports as required.
• Collaborate with WorkSource partners on enrollments and eligibility.
• Represent the workforce partnership and coordinate with stakeholders.
