Job summary

Lonseth Interventional Pain Centers is seeking a friendly, professional bilingual medical front desk receptionist fluent in English and Spanish. This role is the first point of contact for patients in a busy clinical office, requiring welcoming interaction and strong organizational skills.

Responsibilities include greeting patients, scheduling appointments, verifying demographics and insurance, collecting copays, updating EMR, and coordinating with providers and staff.

Responsibilities

• Greet patients and provide a professional, welcoming experience.
• Answer incoming phone calls and assist patients in both English and Spanish.
• Schedule and confirm patient appointments.
• Check patients in and out.
• Verify demographic and insurance information.
• Collect copays and patient balances when appropriate.
• Assist Spanish-speaking patients with communication and general office needs.
• Maintain accurate patient information in the electronic medical record.
• Communicate effectively with providers, clinical staff, and administrative staff.
• Help maintain an organized and efficient front desk.
• Perform additional administrative duties as needed.
