Palm Medical Centers in Plantation, FL is seeking a Customer Service Specialist to be the first point of contact for patients. You will assist with check-in/out, answer phones, verify insurance, and schedule appointments in a friendly, professional environment.

This full-time role requires bilingual English/Spanish, at least one year of medical front desk experience, and proficiency with eCW. We offer health, dental, vision, life, a 401(k), and paid time off.

Formación

• High school diploma or equivalent with 1 year medical front desk experience.
• Bilingual English/Spanish required.

Responsabilidades

• Deliver excellent patient service.
• Answer phones and direct calls accordingly.
• Verify patient insurance.
• Schedule appointments and check-in/out patients.
• Greet patients and maintain professional reception area.
• Maintain updated directory and assist other centers if needed.
