Job summary

Palm Medical Centers is seeking a Customer Service Specialist to be the first point of contact for patients. You will handle check-in/out, scheduling, and insurance verification in a fast-paced medical front desk environment.

Proficiency in English and Spanish is required, with experience using eCW software. A high school diploma and at least one year of medical front desk work are expected. This is an in-person, full-time role with opportunities for cross-center support.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent and at least 1 year front desk/medical office experience.
• Bilingual English/Spanish required.
• Experience with eCW medical software preferred.
• Strong communication and customer service skills.

Responsibilities

• Assist with patient check-in and check-out.
• Answer and direct phone calls promptly.
• Verify patient insurance information.
• Schedule appointments and collect accurate patient data.
• Greet patients and visitors professionally and direct them to the correct area.
• Perform basic clerical duties and maintain center directories.
• Notify transportation staff when patients are ready for pickup.
• Maintain a clean and organized waiting/reception area.
• Flexibility to work at other centers if needed.
