Qualifications

Responsibilities

• Verify patient identity and insurance; determine eligibility for Sliding Fee Scale.
• Check in patients and manage scheduling and insurance verification.
• Update Electronic Medical Record (EMR) with visits, co-pays, and referrals.
• Collect payments and post them in the EMR system.
• Maintain patient confidentiality and HIPAA compliance.
• Assist with front desk flow: calls, messages, and document handling.
