Job summary

Salud Revenue Partners is seeking a Medical Customer Service Representative - Bilingual Preferred to assist Salud clients via inbound and outbound calls, resolving issues that delay account resolution. You will help establish payment plans, settlements, and coordinate with insurers or third parties to move accounts forward.

Ideal candidates are fluent in English and Spanish, able to learn new computer systems quickly, and comfortable in a cubicle office setting with standard hours 8am–8pm ET,

Qualifications

• Fluent in English and Spanish.
• Strong organizational and analytical skills.
• Detail-oriented with good problem solving.
• Able to learn computer programs/websites quickly.
• Knowledge of insurances, Medicaid and Medicare.
• Able to work in a cubicle office environment with minimal supervision.

Responsibilities

• Answer incoming calls from patients and conduct outbound calls.
• Assist patients with establishing payment plans and settlements.
• Coordinate with insurers or third parties (attorneys, employers).
• Process adjustments and keep accurate records of interactions.
• Follow procedures, guidelines and policies for communications.
