Job summary

TAS United in Guaynabo, PR is seeking a bilingual Medical Call Center Agent with hands-on experience using eClinicalWorks to support patient communications and medical office workflows. The role requires fluent English and Spanish, exceptional attention to detail, and the ability to navigate multiple applications while documenting information accurately.

You will answer calls, schedule appointments, verify records, and maintain HIPAA compliance with a patient-centered approach.

Qualifications

• Hands-on experience using eClinicalWorks (eCW) for scheduling and documentation.
• Bilingual English/Spanish, written and spoken.
• Experience in a medical call center or healthcare setting.

Responsibilities

• Answer patient calls and assist with scheduling, messages, and inquiries.
• Schedule, reschedule, and cancel appointments in eClinicalWorks according to guidelines.
• Locate patient records and verify or update demographic information.
• Document patient encounters and requests accurately in the system.
• Escalate as needed following established procedures.
