Job summary

USA Clinics Group is seeking a Medical Assistant to balance patient needs and keep office workflow efficient while supporting physicians during procedures. The role emphasizes delivering a positive service experience, bilingual communication, and accurate EMR documentation in a fast-paced outpatient setting.

Location-based team in West Roxbury & Lynn, MA, with competitive hourly pay and full benefits. Monday–Friday schedule, English & Spanish fluency required.

Qualifications

• 1-2 years hands-on clinical experience as Medical Assistant or similar role.
• Completion of MA training program or CMA/RMA/CCMA certification preferred.
• Bilingual English and Spanish required.

Responsibilities

• Greet and room patients, document vitals and histories in EMR/EHR.
• Assist physician with procedures and ensure efficient clinic flow.
• Perform phlebotomy, EKGs, injections, and specimen collection as trained.
• Maintain accurate patient interactions and confidentiality.
• Utilize EMR/EHR systems such as Epic, Athenahealth, or eClinicalWorks.
