USA Clinics Group, West Roxbury & Lynn, MA, is seeking a Medical Assistant to balance patient needs and maintain an efficient workflow while supporting physicians during procedures.

The role requires bilingual English and Spanish, a high school diploma, 1–2 years clinical experience, and travel training during the first two weeks with all travel expenses covered. Schedule is Mon-Fri; pay is $21–$25 per hour; benefits include health insurance, retirement plan, and PTO.

Qualifications

• High School diploma or equivalent required.
• Completion of Medical Assistant program or training.
• CMA/RMA/CCMA certification preferred.
• 1–2 years of hands-on clinical experience required.

Responsibilities

• Greet and room patients, ensuring a welcoming experience.
• Record vital signs, medical history, and other data in EMR/EHR.
• Perform phlebotomy, EKGs, injections, and specimen collection.
• Accurately document patient interactions in EMR/EHR systems.
• Deliver high-quality patient service in a fast-paced clinic.
• Support care across physician offices, clinics, urgent care, or hospitals.
