Job summary

USA Clinics Group, a nationwide network of vein, fibroid, vascular, and prostate centers, is seeking a Medical Assistant in MA. The role balances patient needs with office workflow and supports physicians before, during, and after procedures, ensuring an excellent service experience.

Requirements include high school diploma, 1–2 years of clinical MA experience, and CMA/RMA/CCMA preferred. Bilingual English/Spanish is required; positions based in West Roxbury & Lynn, MA with a Mon-Fri schedule

Qualifications

• High School Diploma or Equivalent is required.
• 1-2 years of hands-on clinical experience as a Medical Assistant or similar role is required.
• Experience performing vital signs, rooming patients, phlebotomy, EKGs, injections, and specimen collection is required.
• Completion of a Medical Assistant training program and CMA/RMA/CCMA certification preferred.
• Bilingual in English and Spanish is required.

Responsibilities

• Greet, room, and assist patients upon arrival, ensuring a welcoming and positive patient experience.
• Obtain and document patient vital signs, medical histories, and other clinical information in the EMR/EHR.
• Perform clinical tasks such as phlebotomy, EKGs, injections/vaccinations, specimen collection, and other duties within scope of training and certification.
• Accurately document patient interactions and clinical information using EMR/EHR systems.
• Deliver exceptional patient service while managing a high volume of patient interactions in a fast-paced clinical environment.
• Utilize EMR/EHR platforms such as Epic, Athenahealth, eClinicalWorks, or similar systems.
• Support patient care within a healthcare setting, including physician offices, clinics, urgent care centers, pharmacies, hospitals, or home health environments.
• Leverage bilingual communication skills to support patient interactions when applicable.
