Job summary

USA Clinics Group is hiring a Medical Assistant to balance patient needs with efficient workflow across our West Roxbury and Lynn locations, MA. You will support physicians during procedures and ensure an excellent patient service experience.

Responsibilities include patient greeting and rooming, vital signs, phlebotomy, EKGs, injections, and accurate EMR documentation. Training travel is required during the first two weeks.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent is required.
• 1-2 years of hands-on clinical Medical Assistant experience preferred.
• Clinical duties include vital signs, rooming, phlebotomy, EKGs, injections, specimen collection.
• Completion of MA training program or CMA/RMA/CCMA certification preferred.
• Bilingual English & Spanish required.

Responsibilities

• Greet, room, and assist patients, ensuring a positive experience.
• Document vital signs, histories, and clinical information in EMR/EHR.
• Perform phlebotomy, EKGs, injections, and specimen collection as trained.
• Document patient interactions accurately in EMR/EHR systems.
• Provide care support across physician offices, clinics, urgent care, or home health.
