Job summary

ArchWell Health seeks a bilingual Medical Assistant to support our primary care team. You will greet and room members, measure vitals, document health history, and assist the PCP with daily tasks while coordinating care across the clinical team.

You will handle patient messages, return calls, and ensure timely communication. familiarity with EMR (EClinicalWorks) and phlebotomy experience are desirable in this role.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or GED is required.
• Bilingual ability and passing proficiency exam required.
• Minimum 1 year of Medical Assistant experience requested.
• Completion of an accredited MA program or equivalent training is required.
• BLS for Healthcare Providers is required.
• Experience with EMR systems (EClinicalWorks) preferred.
• Phlebotomy experience is a plus.

Responsibilities

• Take patient vitals and collect health history during intake.
• Greet and room ArchWell Health members for visits.
• Assist PCP with day-to-day tasks and coordinate care across teams.
• Process patient messages, return calls, and route information appropriately.
• Change dressings and perform basic first aid under physician supervision.
• Maintain OSHA safety standards and accurate clinical documentation.
• Provide health coaching and follow-up with defined patient groups.
