ArchWell Health is seeking a Medical Assistant to support our PCPs in Tucson, delivering patient‑centered care in a friendly clinic setting. You will greet patients, take vital signs, conduct basic screenings, assist with examinations, and ensure smooth front‑to‑back patient flow with a strong focus on service.

You’ll perform tasks such as dressing changes, wound care under supervision, handle phone messages, and document in EClinicalWorks, with rigorous OSHA compliance and BLS certification

Qualifications

• High school diploma or GED required.
• Graduate from Medical Assistant program or equivalent.
• Minimum 1 year MA experience.
• Phlebotomy experience is desirable.
• BLS for Healthcare Providers required.
• EClinicalWorks or similar EMR experience.
• Geriatric patient experience is a plus.

Responsibilities

• Conduct intake, record vitals, medical history and screenings.
• Engage with patients and relay needs to PCP or specialists.
• Manage patient calls and route messages to the team.
• Change dressings and assist with first aid under supervision.
• Document accurately following OSHA standards.
• Provide health coaching with follow‑up calls.
