ArchWell Health is seeking a bilingual Medical Assistant to support the PCP with patient intake, vital signs, and routine screenings. The MA will collaborate with care teams to greet patients, document health histories, and assist during appointments.

Responsibilities include processing messages, coordinating with clinicians, performing basic first aid, and ensuring OSHA compliance. Proficiency with EClinicalWorks EMR is preferred, with emphasis on patient experience and teamwork.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or GED required.

Responsibilities

• Take intake of patients, measure vital signs, document medical history and perform routine screenings.
• Engage with patients throughout appointments and report changes to the PCP or specialists.
• Process patient phone messages and relay information to the physician as needed.
• Change dressings, apply bandages, remove sutures and perform basic first aid under supervision.
• Ensure OSHA compliance and document activities accurately and ethically.
• Provide health coaching with weekly follow-up calls to patients.
