Job summary

USA Clinics Group is seeking a Medical Assistant to balance patient needs and maintain efficient clinic workflows while supporting physicians before, during, and after procedures. The role requires bilingual Spanish/English skills, clinical hands-on experience, and the ability to deliver excellent patient service.

Uniformly, 1–2 years of clinical experience and completion of MA training or CMA/RMA/CCMA certification are preferred.

Qualifications

• High School Diploma required.
• 1-2 years hands-on clinical experience required.
• Experience with vital signs, rooming, phlebotomy, EKGs, injections, specimen collection required.
• MA training program and/or CMA/RMA/CCMA certification preferred.
• Bilingual (Spanish/English) required.
• Experience with EMR/EHR systems preferred (Epic, Athenahealth, eClinicalWorks).

Responsibilities

• Greet, room, and assist patients upon arrival, ensuring a welcoming and positive patient experience.
• Obtain and document patient vital signs, medical histories, and other clinical information in EMR/EHR.
• Perform clinical tasks such as phlebotomy, EKGs, injections/vaccinations, specimen collection, and other duties within scope of training and certification.
• Accurately document patient interactions and clinical information using EMR/EHR systems.
• Deliver exceptional patient service while managing a high volume of patient interactions in a fast-paced clinical environment.
• Utilize bilingual communication skills to support patient interactions when applicable.
• Support patient care within a healthcare setting, including physician offices, clinics, urgent care centers, pharmacies, hospitals, or home health environments.
