Job summary

Qualifications

Responsibilities

• Take patient intake including vitals, history, and screenings.
• Greet and room patients; assist PCP during visits.
• Perform basic procedures and first aid under supervision.
• Document accurately following OSHA and privacy standards.
• Support health coaching and patient communication efforts.
