Nadia Care is hiring a full-time Bilingual Maternity Navigator to serve expectant and new mothers in the Greater Nashville area. You will bridge the healthcare system and the community, offering compassionate, culturally sensitive support and education to families, both in person and virtually.

Qualifications

• 3+ years in community health, patient advocacy, or navigation as a CHW or CMA.
• Experience providing prenatal and postpartum health education.
• Bilingual in English and Spanish.

Responsibilities

• Meet mothers virtually and in-person; educate on urgent maternal signs and postpartum recovery.
• Teach birth positions and breathing techniques; help mothers feel prepared.
• Work with multidisciplinary team; attend daily huddles to elevate clinical issues.
• Document all care interactions clearly for coordinated support.
• Build trusting relationships; provide emotional support and practical guidance.
• Connect members to community resources to overcome food, transportation, housing barriers.
• Voices from the community to improve Nadia Care programs.
• Attend admin meetings and follow policies and procedures.
