Job summary

Qualifications

• Minimum 2 years of experience in a metal service center or manufacturing environment.
• Working knowledge of SAP.
• Experience using e-learning platforms or training technologies.
• Strong Microsoft Office skills including Excel, Word, PowerPoint, and Outlook.
• Excellent organizational, communication, and time management skills.
• Ability to work independently, manage multiple priorities, and meet deadlines.

Responsibilities

• Assess training needs and help prioritize learning initiatives across the organization.
• Partner with SMEs to develop engaging training programs and materials.
• Coordinate and deliver training through classroom instruction, OJT, videos, and vendor-led sessions.
• Support the development and execution of annual training plans.
• Manage training schedules, logistics, records, and reporting.
• Maintain training curricula and content within the LMS.
• Provide support to LMS users and troubleshoot training questions.
• Promote training opportunities and communicate schedules to employees and leaders.
• Collect participant feedback and evaluate training effectiveness.
• Support training documentation, system administration, and budget tracking activities.
