Job summary

Primoris Power Delivery in Odessa, TX is hiring a Field Training Specialist I (Bilingual Spanish) to organize and deliver New Hire Orientation and ongoing safety and operations training. The role collaborates with Operations, Safety, HR, and subcontractors to ensure adherence to policies and PPE standards.

You will develop training content, maintain rosters, and coordinate multiple training events across the field and corporate settings, with up to 50% travel.

Qualifications

• Minimum 4 years in Substation, Transmission, Underground, or Overhead Distribution.
• Willing to travel to multiple locations to facilitate training.
• Bilingual in English and Spanish (spoken and written).
• Proficient with Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook).
• Able to operate or learn heavy equipment (Buckets, Digger Derricks, Forklifts, Skylifts).
• OSHA 500 certification or ability to obtain.
• Strong problem solving and teamwork skills.
• Must have valid driver's license; CDL preferred.

Responsibilities

• Organize, schedule, and facilitate New Hire Orientation and compliance training.
• Develop training content for operational needs.
• Maintain training rosters and records.
• Assist in multiple training events across a corporate or community setting.
• Ensure PPE and equipment checks meet PSC requirements.
