Job summary

Four Seasons Resort Puerto Rico is seeking a Server to deliver exceptional guest service, with expert knowledge of the food and beverage menu and preparation methods. The role requires fluency in English and Spanish, strong communication skills, and the ability to multitask in a fast-paced, luxury resort environment.

You will describe menu items to guests, coordinate with the kitchen, manage guest needs, and ensure timely service.

Qualifications

• Experience in a server role, preferably in resort/high-end dining.
• Strong customer service skills and a friendly demeanor.
• Proficiency in English and Spanish.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities.
• Ability to multitask in a fast-paced environment.
• Familiarity with menus, beverages, including cocktails and coffee.
• Attention to detail and commitment to service excellence.
• Basic knowledge of POS systems and cash handling.
• Understanding of food safety and hygiene practices.

Responsibilities

• Describe menu items with vivid, guest-focused descriptions and relay orders to the kitchen using the POS system.
• Anticipate guest needs, address concerns, and offer proactive recommendations.
• Close guest checks and handle cash/credit card payments; settle voided checks or complimentary meals.
