Job summary

Four Seasons Resort Puerto Rico is seeking a Server Assistant to support the service team in delivering an exceptional dining experience. You will assist the server, clear and reset tables, and help maintain a flawless guest environment in a luxury setting.

Ideal candidates have at least one year of food and beverage service, strong English and Spanish communication, and the ability to carry a tray and multitask in a high-volume environment.

Qualifications

• Must have at least one year of food and beverage service experience.
• Ability to read, write and speak English and Spanish.

Responsibilities

• Assist servers to provide an expertly served dining experience.
• Clear and reset tables; stock linen, china, glassware and flatware.
• Provide water to guests and respond to needs promptly.
• Perform opening and closing side work as assigned.
